1. What types of materials can I print with your digital printers?

Our digital printers are specifically designed for printing on untreated, oxidized aluminum.

2. What technology do you use to print directly on aluminum?

We use open-pore aluminum oxide absorption technology, a proven and reliable technique, combined with ultra-high-resolution color digital printers.

3. What industrial applications do your printers support?

Our printers are ideal for producing nameplates, plates, barcodes, QR codes, synoptic panels, electrical panels, signage, and high-quality graphic applications for sectors such as industry, automation, logistics, design, and technical graphics.

4. What print quality do your models offer?

POCAR printers guarantee very high graphic performance, with resolutions up to photographic quality (5760 × 1440 dpi on all models). The use of advanced inkjet technologies ensures sharp, precise, and long-lasting results.

5. Is any pre-treatment necessary before printing?

No, no pre-treatment is required before printing. This simplifies the production process and reduces preparation time.

6. Are post-printing treatments necessary?

For indoor labels, no additional treatment is necessary. For outdoor applications, a post-printing UV treatment is recommended.

7. Do you offer support in choosing the best printer?

Yes. We provide comprehensive technical and sales advice, helping customers choose the most suitable model, as well as installation, training, and after-sales support.

8. What is the maximum material size that can be printed?

Formats vary depending on the model; our flatbed printers support formats up to A4 (297 × 210 mm).

9. What is the maximum printable thickness?

The maximum printable thickness is 1.5 mm. Our standard stock is 0.5 mm.

10. Are the printers compatible with standard software?

Yes, the printers are fully compatible with major operating systems and application software, ensuring easy integration into existing workflows.

11. Do you provide consumables or printing media?

Yes. In addition to printers, we offer a full range of tags, plates, and sheets, with manual or laser cutting. Any custom size can be created with laser cutting.

13. Is it possible to create a sample from our print files?

Yes, and it is highly recommended. Prototyping from the customer's file allows us to evaluate the print quality, the final appearance, and test the product's durability.

14. Are the prints resistant to wear and chemicals?

Printing on oxidized aluminum offers excellent resistance to wear and chemicals, as the ink penetrates the material without remaining on the surface.

15. Can I print sequential numbering, unique codes, or serialization?

Yes. Our solutions support printing sequential numbering, unique codes, barcodes, and QR codes, ideal for traceability, identification, and industrial logistics.

16. Are the printers suitable for repetitive or mass production?

Yes. The printers are designed for repetitive production, ensuring consistent quality, precision, and reliability over time.

17. How long do the prints last?

Indoors, they last very long. For outdoor applications, with anti-UV treatment, the prints maintain legibility and color stability for long periods.
